Sumthing is built with a simple privacy principle: your data stays on your device.

No Data Collection

We do not collect any personal data. Sumthing has no user accounts, no analytics, no tracking, and no advertising.

No Network Access

Sumthing does not connect to the internet. The app makes no network requests of any kind. There is no server, no cloud sync, and no telemetry.

Local Storage Only

All your data stays on your device:

• Your calculations and tape history are stored locally
• Settings and preferences remain on-device
• Nothing is transmitted, logged, or backed up externally

No Third Parties

We do not share any data with third parties because we do not collect any data. There are no SDKs, no analytics frameworks, and no ad networks in the app.

Your Control

Since everything is stored locally, you have complete control. Delete the app and all your data is gone.
