By downloading, installing, or using Sumthing ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Sumthing for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

2. What Sumthing Does

Sumthing is a tape calculator that stores your calculations locally on your device. The App has no network features, no accounts, and no cloud services.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Sumthing is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices. Calculation results are provided for convenience and should be verified for critical use.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Sumthing, including loss of data or reliance on calculation results.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Sumthing at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date below when changes are made.
